In a positive step toward fully protecting safe and legal abortion access in the Badger State, the Wisconsin Supreme Court announced today that it will take up the case of Planned Parenthood v. Urmanski, in which the justices could rule to protect Wisconsinites’ right to comprehensive abortion care.
