A Better Wisconsin Together Condemns Donald Trump’s Dangerous Agenda, Divisive Rhetoric Ahead of Visit to Prairie du Chien

Donald Trump will do and say anything to distract us from his dangerous Project 2025 agenda and his record of chaos and failure when he was in office. That includes spreading lies about immigrants that endanger our communities and undermine trust in our elections.

MADISON, Wis. – With Donald Trump poised to speak in Prairie du Chien on Saturday, September 28, A Better Wisconsin Together is standing against the dangerous lies and divisive rhetoric his campaign has previewed he will spread in his visit to the Badger State. 

Ahead of Trump’s speech, A Better Wisconsin Together Deputy Director Mike Browne released the following statement:

“Donald Trump will do and say anything to distract us from his dangerous Project 2025 agenda and his record of chaos and failure when he was in office. That includes spreading lies about immigrants that endanger our communities and undermine trust in our elections.

“Donald Trump’s lies and divisive tactics don’t represent our Wisconsin values. We know that America’s greatness is built on the contributions of people from all backgrounds and that our diversity makes us stronger.

“Instead of spreading division and hate, we deserve leaders who will focus on the values that unite us. And instead of just working for the wealthy few, we demand leaders whose policies will lift all of us up.”
