MADISON, Wis. – A Better Wisconsin Together is thanking President Joe Biden for his visit to Wisconsin today, putting a spotlight on the many clean energy and manufacturing wins the Biden-Harris Administration is helping Wisconsinites make happen across the state.

“From lowering costs, creating jobs, building an economy that works for working people, and strengthening supply chains across our local communities, we commend the Biden-Harris Administration for its commitment to helping us build a better Wisconsin,” said Lucy Ripp, Communications Director at A Better Wisconsin Together.

The Biden-Harris Affordable Clean Energy Plan is lowering Wisconsinites energy bills, increasing our health as we breathe cleaner air, and setting us up with the necessary tools to support our families by creating new, well-paying jobs.

On top of that, Vice President Kamala Harris recently rolled out a new economic agenda that will lower the cost of groceries, ban corporations from price gouging on our families, help more families afford to buy their first home, and create a tax credit that makes child care more affordable for working parents.

“It’s clear that President Biden and Vice President Harris are delivering on their promises to Wisconsin workers and families,” said Ripp. “That’s the type of dedication we deserve from our elected officials, and we look forward to building a future where every Wisconsinite can thrive in a fair and sustainable climate and economy.”
