A state budget is priorities in action, and in Wisconsin we have two competing sets: the progressive vision of Governor Evers that puts people first, and that of the GOP, which seeks to redirect resources away from Wisconsinites and into the pockets of wealthy corporations.
Please join A Better Wisconsin Together for a special virtual brown bag at noon on May 15th. We will be joined by Assemblymember Francesca Hong who will discuss what these competing visions mean for our state. The event will be on zoom. Register here!
This brown-bag session will cover:
- What’s in the competing budget visions;
- How this will affect you, your family, and your friends;
- How to talk to friends, family and colleagues about the budget;
- And how you can support a vision of a thriving Wisconsin.
In Wisconsin, we believe our budget should meet the needs of the Wisconsin people, not its wealthiest corporations.
So will you join us at 12 pm on May 15th? Only together can we build a better Wisconsin. Click here to register.
